My name is Kris and I'm happy you have decided to seek support and guidance. I have 14+ years of crisis interventions, individualized personal therapy and long-term addiction recovery, so I know it’s not easy navigating and balancing all the ups and downs in life. I will help you learn to recognize your symptoms, identify authentic feelings, and apply change to help relieve them. Together, we will determine what works and what doesn’t, and develop ways to heal in order to feel better.
